Ronnie Barcus: if you want a asian entrertainment company that looks for talent and not looks you should audition for JYP or YG entertainment, there are alot of talented stars there, and they look for 90% talent. i think because you know cantonese they would want you more, like nickhun from 2PM he didn't know any korean but they taught him, so they will probably teach you korean and some english, and probably japanese and chinese. i don't think you would have any disadvantage but it would be nice for them to see that you could speak korean a little, learn the basics. i think you should start out early in auditioning, maybe when your 16? they look for fresh faces because you have to train for years before you get to debut/be as a celebrity....Show more
An Trebil: YG leisure cos even though they do not have any non-asians in any companies atm~ they are making plans on debuting Michelle Lee in Supearls ~ she's part black and part korean however I in my view believe sh! e appears extra black and does not quite have the Korean elements. So yh... take a look at YG ~ they are having international auditions aswell so might be it occurs to be on your nation and u can audition :)
Mayola Sylva: korean companies:SM Entertainment (doesn't take anyone after age 20), YG, JYP, Cube, Pledis, C&N, Mnet, DSP, etc :)
Aron Ramu: sm entertainment, yg, jyp, pledis, junglesm entertainment is big on looks though lol....but of course you must have a little talent. if they see that you have potential, they might accept. most stars that try out were good at like only one thing....but they trained especially in the other categories when they were trainees. Good luck! oh and jyp and sm are the only companies that i know that hold global auditions...Show more
