Carter Edstrom: If your school or district has a policy of no PDAs, she is just enforcing policy. You have no recourse.If it is just her policy, you certainly would have no legal justification for a lawsuit.
Elsie Resner: I asked the princepal and he said "we can't hug after school"when EVERYBODY else does.And they have only said it to me and NO ONE else.
Pasty Cobbett: she has no right to do that. if she punishes you, you can take her to court.read the constitution or something. this is a free country... right?
