Deangelo Marchak: Choosing skin care products designed for oily skin. Not overwashing your face.
Verena Koop: Washing our skin every day is important so that we can get rid of some scums, pollutants, bacteria, and allergens we encounter from day to day. I suggest washing hands more than many times you can imagine especially with an anti-bacterial soap, don't really too much on hand-sanitizer since you're not really getting rid of anything, it still stays on your hand, it's like a temporary acting guard.
Dorinda Metzer: First buy some ketchup. By some I mean a lot. The ketchup needs to be in squirty bottles. Squirt the ketchup all around your kitchen in a swirled pattern. Get some high quality bricks. Form a barricade in the shape of the ketchup swirl. Then get some chalk. Take the chalk and then write "hollaback girl" all over the walls. Then go to a doctor.
Frederic Engellant: Maybe you should answer your 'eyephone !
Stevie Kizziar: Take out the ! batteries

Bacteria and odor can linger and you can get a rash or just really unhealthy skin.

Giovanna Cramblit: to remove all the dirt that gets trapped inside pours of your skin its important to get rid of it or youll get bad spots but if your just unlucky asnd get them sorry
Ulrike Hert: Stress. Whenever I get overloaded one or both of my eyelids "quiver". It is very annoying but I don't think there is an immediate cure for it, you just need to chill for a while. Look in the mirror though....it feels like it is really moving but you can't even see it moving when it happens so don't worry about looking like a spaz :)
Hal Rouse: This is caused by eyestrain and all you have to do is stop looking or doing an activity which requires close work and look far off in the distance. Eye strain/twitching can also be a sign that you need to have your ! eyes checked to see if you need eyeglasses. This is nothing serious and goes away in a short period of time.
Nannie Kasee: That happens to me regularly. I'm not sure what causes it. Have you been staring a lot at a computer screen or computer games? I think that brings it on. It's an involuntary twitch.. It will go away.. Drink lots of water and hydrate yourself and stay away from screens for a while. Sometimes I put ice on my eye and that helps too.
King Bringle: NuCelle brand products. They're kind of expensive, but trust me, they're worth it. No more disgusting oil all over my nose!
Madge Voice: Yes you could also try these. Yellow dock, burdock, sarsaparillaL-Lysine, zinc, vitamins A, B6...Show more
Ulrike Hert: First, proper cleansing is critical in successfully dealing with oils that can cause blemishes. Apply a gentle facial cleanser with warm water at least twice a day. Experts say that every 8 hours sebum should be cleaned away so as not to ! cause blemishes. Generally speaking, cleansing the face once in the mor! ning and once at night is sufficient. If there is exposure to oils around a workplace or excessive perspiration during the day, washing a third time can be helpful. Care, however, should be taken not to scrub or wash too much because constant stimulation can cause more oil. A balanced, sensible treatment for oily skin is necessary. Oddly enough, oil-based cleansers should be used in order to dissolve residue. A cleanser with anti-bacterial properties is effective since pimples are caused by underlying bacteria. Do not use a cleanser that has alcohol in the ingredients which can lead to excessive dryness. Second, after proper cleansing, use a mild, oil-free moisturizer to keep the epidermis smooth and supple. Some experts suggest that people with extremely difficult problems should refrain from using moisturizers until they are around thirty years of age. Third, other treatments that can be used are mud masks and antiseptic day or night creams. Creams that include the ingred! ient benzoyl peroxide are generally the most effective. Mud masks are another treatment for oily skin that can be applied not only at spas, but at home. There are many choices that can be purchased at drug stores or cosmetic counters. Those who are sensitive should consider using a mask that has lighter colored clay. There are times when an astringent is helpful in dissolving excess sebum. Astringents should be used sparingly as they can dry too harshly. Witch-hazel is a natural astringent that can be used from time to time. Over-the-counter astringents should contain acetone which has been shown to dissolve oil. There are some natural, home solutions that can be applied effectively and that do not cost much. Some oily skin treatments include: mix lemon juice and water in equal parts and apply 2 or 3 times a day; mix 1/2 teaspoon of cucumber and lime juice, then apply before taking a shower; or mix lime juice and witchhazel, then apply to face just before putting on makeup. ! Do not wash away, but let it dry thoroughly before using cosmetics. Whi! le dermatologists are generally hesitant to suggest that ones diet has much to do with excessive sebum production, there is more and more evidence that eating a balanced diet can help control blemishes.Eating foods that are low in fats are helpful in reducing sebum production in the glands. Also, a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and plenty of fiber not only provides important nutrients, but can assist the body in sweeping away its toxic overload that can lead to epidermal problems. Drinking extra water is not just an old wives' tale when it comes to epidermal health. One of the best oily skin treatments is to stop drinking soft drinks and add 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to the diet. This also helps in rejuvenating the skin by flushing debris from the pores and by providing proper hydration overall....Show more
Corey Rohleder: I believe that washing your hands, or any other part of your body that has been in contact with other things, would be necessary to remove b! acteria and stop the spread of sickness and disease to your body. However I dont think its necessary to wash your entire body every day unless you do alot of physical activity- causing sweating. Most of your body is covered by clothes and that really is enough. plus washing your skin everyday can lead to dryness and irritation.
Wilbur Marksberry: It cleans off the dead skin, which keep you looking pretty
Clemmie Burkleo: To remove dead skin and dead skin cells. To wash away any irritables or toxic substances you may have come across. To cleanse yourself of infections or diseases.
Omar Phipps: First of all, choose a soap that doesnt dry your skin, because the dryer it gets, the more sebum it secretes and therefore it gets oilier after. You can use some special body lotions which hydrate your skin, thus reducing the sebum level your skin has to secrete. This way your skin wont look/feel oily, and it will get the necessary vitamins/minerals/hydration.
! Wilfred Santacruce: Psoriasis is a disease that takes place when the bo! dyâs immune system mistakenly believes healthy skin cells to be enemy cells and starts to produce many more new cells to replace these cells. This is the reason why there is no cure for psoriasis and medications applied to treat psoriasis are only able to remove the symptoms temporarily. Don't go the "cream route", it's only just a waste of time and money. Been there Done that! You need to read "Psoriasis Free For Life" by Katy Wilson if you want to cure your psoriasis for good. Available online also @ http://www.psoriasisforeverfree.com It's a book that shows you how to cure psoriasis naturally in a few days. I cured my psoriasis permanently in 6 days after reading this book. Good luck!...Show more

Forest Duttinger: Your skin gets many bacteria every day(from sweat, dust, dirt, and dead skin cells which is trapped in your pores). In high concetration,it can be very unhealthy. It is best to wash your skin 5 times at least per week, but in tropi! c areas, it is more common to wash twice a day,but not always using a shampoo or soap since using those products oftenly can damage the skin. =D.
