Mitzie Clough: squeal while turning sounds like power steering fluid level issue. engine runs great? at idle how bout in drive but not rolling? cv joints make alot of clicking and clunking when turning when they are going bad. im wondering do you have a brake that is sticking? when you take your foot off the gas does it roll for very long or does it stop abruptly? so the poor fuel economy and noise only happen when its rolling. again all i can think of is when i had a piece of dirt or crud in my brake line.. the inside diameter of the metal brake line is smaller than the inside diameter of the hose going from the metal line to the break caliper i piece of crud was stuck where the brake hose met the metal brake line. well sorry if im wrong but incase it is ill go on the road side fix to get home was . i pud a small c clamp on the brake hose then bled off the pressure drove home. good luck. make sure you can tell if its a noise when the car is rolling or when it! s not rolling. when its in park neutral reverse 123 that is to check to see if the sound gets louder or not it its the transmission....Show more
